Can't defend themselves
Took our money while moving negative press to the top of internet search
Poor communication, nothing done, wanted Renewal??
I have spoken with managerial staff. Gave some effort to make things right. This time I have dropped the ball myself so I cannot respond to their attention because I have not done my part thus far but at least they tried to address what was done wrong in past
I was scammed
You can add my name and experience. And they had the nerve to say they were going to automatically renew my account when they accomplished next to nothing.
I also had account managers switched.
In fact, one sent me an email entitled: Good News!
I thought it referred to my account but he was simply telling me that he was promoted and that I would be given a new account manager. I feel totally ripped off.

Profile defenders is in the news these days for filing phony lawsuits. You want to pay for that? Just Google them Lol
Hey Richart and David... get some cajones and learn a better marketing strategy. No wonder they're crushing you....!
There are good companies yes. There is another review on reputation.com that says to hire profile defender as they actually have ways to remove the entire page.

I too paid 20K for absolutely nothing- but to be directed to blog and pintrest sites. I will report to Better Business Bureau. They are a scam
I am disappointed in Reputation Defender. They haven't been effective in keeping my personal information offline.
When I've noticed my personal info pop up on public listing sites they've said they include in their removal service, they haven't been very responsive. Instead, they've replied with a form email reply and I don't feel they are addressing specific instances of my personal info on public listing sites. The list of public listing sites they say they remove info from seems to include fewer of the ones out there than before.
I first signed up for the Reputation service a couple of years ago and they seem to getting less helpful, less effective, and more automated as time goes on. I'm looking for another service to do what Reputation claims to be able to do.
