Reputation Defender - Negative physician article

I have a negative article which impacts my reputation as a physician. I paid $7500 to have the article buried to the third or fourth page of the internet on a search. After a year and $7500 the article has moved three spaces and I’m told nothing else can be done without more money.

Reputation Defender's contract says that they don't guarantee ANY results, much less positive results. When after several months of work, they had done incredible damage to my online reputation using methods they never discussed at any point, they refused to stop doing...

Reputation Defender - Exploitation and Breach of Privacy

This company, by an employee’s own admission, preys upon women like myself; trying to hide from stalkers and/or working for Planned Parenthood type organizations. If you do not renew, they purposefully open your information to every predator internet company there is,. They have done nothing to protect my personal information but, instead, RESELL IT!

Reputation Defender - Anothee pissed customer

1. The content that they write about you is if written by an 8th grader. 2. Doesn't bury the bad story 3. They take your credit card number and keep charging without sending you an invoice or notice. Don't give your credit card number to them.

After quite a bit of aggressive marketing and promises, I signed up for their 7500 program. ($7,500). Every month when I checked the progress, the negative content stayed where it was. I am now out all my money, the campaign is over and they are telling me I need to...

We paid $8k for them to remove one website with an untruthful review about us off of page one. Instead it moved higher on page one. They claimed they couldn't do anything because it wasn't part of our package which was the complete opposite of what they told us when we...

They said they can fix our online reputation. There is absolutely no difference after 3 months and all we get are emails from them saying we are improving so great and there is zero improvement. They do not even reply to my emails. Took my money and ran. I am very...

They made lots of promises and nothing came true. The negative listing didn’t go down a single spot. All promises were made over the phone and later they denied ever saying that. Read the fine print and get everything in writing! Or even better find a different...

After consulting with Reputation Defender over negative listings, I decided to go with another company but started receiving RD's promotional emails. I had made great progress pushing the links down with the help of another company, but in only a few hours the negative...
