I have spoken with managerial staff. Gave some effort to make things right. This time I have dropped the ball myself so I cannot respond to their attention because I have not done my part thus far but at least they tried to address what was done wrong in past

I started with them last year. Nothing was done, NO RESPONES.

ball was dropped on my account several times, finally got someone (evidently because it was renewal time) to respond saying he was taking over the account, but my account was almost up so I had to renew ??? They hadn't DONE ANYTHING THEY PROMISED FOR OVER $4000.00!! Stupidly I did in the hope of reclaiming some of the waste and again, HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! Writing look like they came from a 9th grader.

ZERO comprehension of liguistics and the image they are setting in the snippets they send you. Have spent copious time basically rewriting what they wrote.

Now they website is malfunctioning and I just spent an hour, for the second time revising an article they sent me and then it didn't take my changes !!!! BEYOND FRUSTERATED!
